Just checking in, I have been going to the group class at Crossfit 4-5x week with little to no pain. Still can't fully clean the bar, but I've been catching in a squat with left arm in rack, right arm as far as I can get it. Nothing heavy, but enough to participate in workouts and have fun.
Truthfully, I just have not been pushing the wrist too hard. There is no reason too, I can do 99% of the activities I used to and just feel very happy to be active, fit, and pain free. Of course some days I get really frustrated for what I cannot do, but I've got great friends who remind how fortunate I am - there are people out there with true disabilities and they overcome so much more.
Besides, I celebrate small victories all the time now.
